The chunky turtleneck sweater for the first properly cold morning

A chunky knit turtleneck pullover with a drop shoulder, a loose fit and an asymmetric high low hemline. The listing gives the fabric as 50.7% viscose, 28.6% polyester and 20.7% nylon, and says it is machine washable with a laundry bag recommended.

The knit is described as chunky and fuzzy, with stretch, and the listing calls the fabric soft and warm. Those are the seller’s words, not measurements, so how soft it feels against your neck is a matter of taste and of how much you like a viscose blend. What the listing does state is the content: 50.7% viscose, 28.6% polyester and 20.7% nylon.

The shape is oversized, with a classic turtleneck, drop shoulders and an asymmetric high low hemline. The listing mentions a solid color and also a simple stripe, which do not quite agree, so check the photos for the exact colorway before ordering. For sizing, the seller says to refer to the size chart in the photos. If you fall between sizes, size down for a closer fit or size up for a more oversized look. The listing gives no measurements in the text itself.

Care is the part to read twice. It is machine washable, a laundry bag is recommended, and it should be hung or line dried with no bleach. The seller notes the sweater ships compressed and looks better after ironing, though no iron temperature is given. The listing suggests jeans, leggings or a pleated skirt with ankle boots, and a coat or blazer on top for extra warmth. It is imported, and the listing names no country.
