The vanilla protein powder for mornings that start fast

This is a vanilla plant protein powder sold as 18 servings, with protein from organic pea, pumpkin seed and chia seed. It is sweetened with organic monk fruit and leaves out soy, wheat, dairy, gluten and stevia. Here is what the listing says and what it means.

The protein comes from three organic sources: pea, pumpkin seed and chia seed. The listing says the powder is certified USDA Organic, non GMO and vegan, and that it contains no soy, wheat, dairy, gluten or stevia. It also lists no artificial sweeteners and no added sugars, with organic monk fruit providing the sweetness. Gluten free and keto friendly are both stated.

For mixing, the listing suggests 8 to 12 oz of whatever liquid you prefer, shaken in a bottle or run through an electric blender. It describes the texture as smooth rather than chalky or grainy, though texture is partly a matter of taste and will depend on the liquid you choose. Each serving is listed at 120 to 140 calories. The listing text does not give a grams of protein figure, so check the label for that number before you plan around it.

Vanilla is the flavor here, and the product is also sold in Peanut Butter and Chocolate Peanut Butter versions. The listing does not say how many scoops make a serving, how large the package is, or what it costs, so measure your shelf space and work out the cost per serving yourself. For a flat with one bathroom shelf and two stove rings, a powder that needs only a bottle and some liquid asks for no cooking at all.
