The trimmer for the quick getting ready hour before you go out

Some mornings the bathroom shelf is the only counter you have, and a small tool has to do more than one job. This cordless trimmer from Risina has a body head and a facial head, and the listing says it can be used wet or dry, in the shower or at the vanity.

The body head is meant for the bikini line, pubic hair, legs and underarms. The facial head is for peach fuzz and quick touch ups. The listing describes ceramic blades with rounded edges and protective guide combs, which it says help reduce pulling and direct blade contact. How that feels on your own skin is not something a spec sheet can tell you, so treat it as the maker’s intent rather than a promise.

It carries an IPX7 waterproof rating, and the listing says it is fully washable and rinses clean under running water. It is cordless and rechargeable, with an ergonomic handle, and the listing calls it lightweight and quiet. The listing does not state battery life, charge time, blade size or weight, so check those before you buy if they matter to you.

Risina sells it in 14 versions. The 2 in 1 Essential Kit comes in Black, Green, Yellow, Orange, White, Blue and Purple. The 3 in 1 Smooth Kit comes in Berry Red, Hot Pink, Nebula Violet and Rose Black. The 5 in 1 Deluxe Kit comes in Rose Quartz, Metallic Purple and Gold. The listing does not say what the extra kits contain. Color is a matter of taste.
