The sneakers for the walk to class and the gym after

Some days start with a walk across town and end with a class on a gym floor, and you only want one pair of shoes by the door. These women’s sneakers are listed for walking, light running and cross training, in a polyester upper on a rubber sole.

The listing describes a dual density midsole. The heel uses firmer foam for stability, while the forefoot uses more responsive foam meant for jumping and fitness classes. The midsole material is EVA. Built in arch support is mentioned, though the listing gives no measurements for arch height, stack height or weight, so how it feels underfoot is something only your own feet can settle.

The upper is a Flex Weave design that the listing calls breathable and lightweight, and the outer material is listed as polyester. A plush collar is said to keep the foot locked down. The outsole is rubber for traction on variable surfaces, and its decoupled Metasplit design is tied to short runs and long walks. Waterproofing is not mentioned, so these should not be assumed to be rain shoes.

Reebok presents this as a version made for the 15th anniversary of the Nano training shoe, with the stated aim of being its most comfortable yet. Colors run from basic black and white to fashion shades, and which one suits your wardrobe is a matter of taste. The listing does not give a size range, width options or care instructions, and it is marked as imported.
