The square neck tank top for hot afternoons and easy plans

A square neck tank top with a double layer of fabric, cut slim and sleeveless, in a blend of 80% nylon and 20% spandex. It comes in seven sizes from XS to 3XL, so the measurements are worth a look before you pick. Here is what the listing says and what it means.

The fabric is 80% nylon and 20% spandex, and spandex is the fibre that supplies the stretch. The listing describes the top as double lined, and says this gives opacity along with breathability in hot weather. It also calls the fabric soft and highly elastic. What it does not state is the fabric weight, how thick each layer is, or whether the lining covers the whole top, so sheerness and warmth are not specified.

The shape is a square neckline with shoulder straps, sleeveless, in a slim fit. The listing says the cut is meant to flatter the shoulders and neck. Length runs from 20.66 inches in XS to 24.80 inches in 3XL. Bust runs from 32.5 to 34.5 inches in XS up to 50 to 52 inches in 3XL, and waist from 24 to 26 inches up to 39 to 42 inches. Because the fit is slim, anyone near the edge of a size range may want to check the bust and waist numbers against their own measurements. Whether it runs true to size is not stated.

The listing suggests pairing it with jeans, shorts, or skirts, and calls it suitable for everyday wear and for going out. Whether it reads as casual or dressed up is a matter of taste. Care is listed as machine wash, with no water temperature or drying guidance given. The item is imported, and no country is named.
