The small blender for a quiet morning smoothie

The number that decides this one is 600 watts, the rated motor power, alongside a 24 oz cup. It is a personal blender that comes with one cup, and it works by push, twist and blend. The listing gives no other motor figures, so those two numbers carry the decision.

Six hundred watts is a rated power figure for the motor base. The listing does not state a speed in rpm, a cord length, a noise level or a warranty term, so those remain unknown. The 24 oz cup is the only capacity given. Whether that suits a household depends on how much a person pours at once; the listing offers no other cup size.

Phrases such as healthier lifestyle, nutrition in no time and cleans like a dream are marketing language, not measurements. What can be read as specification is the contents of the box: a motor base, an extractor blade, a 24 oz cup, a lid for carrying the cup, a lip ring and a recipe book. The motor is described as turning strawberries to spinach into a smooth drink, which is a claim about intent, with no texture or time given.

Cleaning is described in three steps: twist off the blades, rinse with soap and water, and place the cups on the top rack of the dishwasher. The listing says the unit is built to North American and Canadian electrical standards and asks the owner to read the user manual before use. Three finishes are offered: Matte Indigo, Matte White and Matte Eucalyptus. Nothing further is stated about them.
