The ankle boots for a packed day that ends at dinner

Some days start with a bus, a packed schedule and a dinner that runs late. These ankle boots have a 1.77 inch chunky low heel, a round toe and two zippers, one on the inside for getting in and out and one on the outside for looks.

The listing describes a classic round toe ankle boot with a chunky low heel that measures 1.77 inches. That is a modest height, and the listing ties it to steadier standing and comfortable walking, which is a claim from the seller rather than something measured here. The shaft is ankle height, with a circumference of 10.5 inches, and wide width options are mentioned, though the listing does not say which sizes or widths are in stock.

Two zippers do different jobs. The inner zipper is there for getting the boot on and off, and the outer zipper is decorative, so it adds to the look rather than the function. The outsole is TPR rubber, which the listing credits with good grip, and the lining and insoles are described as soft. The listing does not give the lining material or the weight, so check those before you order.

The listing names spring, autumn and winter as the seasons, and says the boots suit formal wear, business casual and daily gatherings. Whether the chunky heel and the zipper detail feel dressy or casual is a matter of taste. It also comes in Brown PU, Cognac PU and Khaki PU, and the listing says nothing more about those versions.
