Wide leg pants for the long day from desk to dinner

Some days start at a desk and end somewhere else, and you only have one rail in the wardrobe to cover both. These wide leg pants are listed for casual or work, in a four way stretch fabric with belt loops and two working pockets.

The fabric is called Evergoing by the brand. The listing describes it as sleek and soft, slightly brushed, with a smooth and gentle feel. The composition is 81% polyester and 19% elastane, so it is mostly a synthetic fabric with a modest share of stretch fiber. The listing calls it a four way stretch that wicks moisture and keeps you dry. How soft it feels on your own skin is a matter of taste, and the listing gives no weight or thickness for the cloth.

The cut is wide leg. For the office look, the listing points to a mock fly and decorative faux back pockets, which means the back pockets are for show. The two pockets that do open are for storing essentials, and belt loops let you add a belt when you want one, either to dress the pants up for work or to keep them casual. The listing does not state the rise, the inseam or the leg opening width, so check the sizing on the page before ordering.

Care is simple: machine wash. The pants are imported. They come in Black and Dark Coffee, and the listing says nothing more about those versions. It does not give a price here, a size range or a length, so those details are worth confirming on the page. Whether the wide leg shape suits your frame is down to taste.
