The block heel pumps for a long day that ends with plans

These block heel pumps have a round toe, a 2.24 inch chunky heel and a vegan leather upper made of polyurethane. They are a shoe for the days that start with a commute and end somewhere a little nicer, and they sit comfortably with jeans, skirts or a dress.

The upper is polyurethane, sold as vegan leather, with a fabric lining. The listing calls the finish smooth and supple and the lining skin friendly, which is the seller’s wording and a matter of feel rather than measurement. The sole is thermoplastic polyurethane, described as a flexible, non slip TPR outsole under a 2.24 inch chunky heel that the listing ties to stability.

Inside, the insole is described as a three point support system: a pressure relieving forefoot, arch support through the middle and a shock absorbing heel. A small padded pillow at the heel is there to keep the fit snug and limit chafing. The listing gives no insole thickness, no weight and no width options, so how they feel over a full day is not something the specification can tell you.

The toe shape is worth a closer look. The title says round toe, while the bullets describe a retro square toe, so check the photos before you order. Sizing details are not included in the material here. The listing suggests wearing them with jeans, skirts or dresses, for commuting, parties or daily wear, and whether that suits your own style is a matter of taste. Besides this version there are brown, gold and white.
