The leggings for a slow Sunday on the sofa

Some days the plan is a yoga mat, and some days it is the sofa and a long cup of tea. These leggings are listed for both, made from a very soft, stretchy fabric with a high rise and a 25 inch length that sits above the ankle.

The fabric is called Butterluxe, and the listing gives its makeup as 81% polyamide and 19% Lycra. Polyamide makes up most of it, with Lycra as the stretch fibre. The listing describes the fabric as extremely soft and ultra stretchy, with very gentle compression, so the hold is meant to be light rather than firm. How soft it feels is a matter of touch, and no measurement in the listing settles it.

This is a high rise cut at 25 inches, described as 7/8 length and intended to sit above the ankle. The listing says the high rise holds everything in place and gives more coverage, and that the waistband is seamless and the leggings are squat proof. Whether the coverage suits you depends on the color and your own fit, and the listing does not state the available colors or the size range.

For care, the listing says machine wash and gives no temperature, cycle or drying advice. It is marked as imported, without a country named. It is listed as designed for yoga or lounge, so it reads as a pair for stretching and staying in. The listing gives no weight, no rise measurement in inches and no pocket details.
