The button down blouse for a Monday that starts with coffee

A long sleeve button down blouse in 80% polyester and 20% modal, with a curved hem and pleats at the back. The listing says it resists stains and wrinkles, which is a useful thing to know before a morning that starts with coffee on the move.

The fabric is 80% polyester and 20% modal. The listing credits the blend with stain repellent treatment and resistance to wrinkles, and it describes the feel as soft, breathable and slightly stretchy, with an elegant drape. It also says the shirt keeps a smooth texture without pilling. Those are the seller’s claims, and the listing gives no test results or ratings behind them. That matters on a small wardrobe rail, where one shirt has to cover more than one kind of day.

The cut is a classic long sleeve button down. It can be worn open to create a V neck style, and the hem is curved with pleats across the back. The listing places it in an office, an interview or on a date, and also as casual wear. Whether that drape suits you is a matter of taste, and the listing details do not state sizes, fit or garment length.

For care, the instructions list hand wash, cold, then hang or line dry, with a maximum wash temperature of 40°C. The listing also mentions machine washing, so the two instructions differ a little, and the cooler hand wash is the cautious reading. It says the stain and wrinkle resistance lasts wash after wash. The shirt is imported, and the listing does not name a country.
