The greens powder for a slow morning in a small kitchen

This is a greens powder in strawberry kiwi, sold as 30 servings with one scoop per serving. The listing says it contains more than 30 ingredients, including spirulina and chlorella, and that it mixes into water, juice or a smoothie. Here is what that says and what it leaves out.

The ingredient list on the listing is broad. It names prebiotics, probiotics, antioxidants, adaptogens, digestive enzymes, fruits, vegetables and organic superfoods such as spirulina and chlorella, over 30 ingredients in all. It does not give amounts for any of them, and it does not state a serving weight, calories or a full ingredient panel, so those are worth checking on the label before you buy.

The listing describes the powder as dairy free, gluten free, keto friendly, non GMO, sugar free and plant based. It says the formula supports gut health and digestion, works to soothe bloating and promotes energy levels. Those are the brand’s claims, and the listing gives no study or data behind them, so read them as the maker’s description rather than a measured result.

The flavor is strawberry kiwi, described as sweet strawberry with a tangy kiwi twist, like a light fruit juice. Whether that suits you is a matter of taste, not measurement. One scoop goes into a smoothie, juice or water, and the pack holds 30 servings, so it covers a month of daily use. Mari Llewellyn is named as a cofounder, and the listing calls the brand female founded.
