The knee high boots for rushed mornings and dinner plans

Some mornings you have a bus to catch and a dinner to get to afterward, and the shoes have to cover both. These knee high boots have a round toe, a 2.20 inch chunky heel and a side zipper, which is a practical set of details for a day that changes shape along the way.

The listing gives the heel as 2.20 inches, paired with a TPR outsole, and names the sole material as synthetic rubber. A chunky heel has a wide base, which is the thinking behind the balanced support the listing describes. The toe is round, and the listing says that gives extra toe room. Whether it is enough room for your foot is something a specification cannot settle.

The shaft is listed as knee high, with a circumference of 16.4 inches. That number matters if you plan to wear the boots over leggings or jeans, so measure your calf before you order. A side zipper means you step in and close the boot in one move, with no laces to deal with. The listing calls the silhouette clean and the finish rich, and suggests pairing them with jeans, leggings, skirts and dresses. Whether that finish suits you is a matter of taste.

The listing does not state the upper material, the lining, the sizes offered or the weight, so check those on the page before you buy. Care instructions are not stated either. The boots are also sold in Burgundy, Brown Suede, Chocolate, Black, Chocolate Suede and Black Pu, and the listing gives no further detail on how those versions differ.
